  • Arrivals Begin – Anytime after 9:00 AM – There are no arrivals allowed on Saturday!!
  • Important: If you’d like to park next to friends or family, please arrive together. Because this is boondocking-style parking, we won’t be able to shuffle rigs around once you’re parked.
  • New This Year: Dinner on Arrival Night!
    • 6:00 PM – Beef or chicken cheesesteaks loaded with all the fixings, plus chips. (You bring your favorite beverage!)
    • No rushing around—just set up, relax, and enjoy a hot meal waiting for you.
  • After Dinner – Cornhole & Community
    • Cornhole tournaments kick off the weekend fun. Whether you’re competitive or casual, it’s the perfect way to meet fellow Villagers.
    • Have a cornhole set? Bring it along!

  • 7:00 PM – Live Band & Dance
    • After dinner, get ready to hit the dance floor. Great music, great friends, and a whole lot of fun!

    • One last treat before we wrap up! A laid-back, impromptu breakfast brought on by the Villagers themselves. Bring some breakfast food and fire up those Blackstones—let’s cook together and end the weekend with full bellies and full hearts.

For just $70 per RV (up to (2) people), you’ll be part of an incredible weekend packed with adventure and laughter. Want to bring extra friends or family? No problem — additional guests are just $10 per person.

Payment Method:
This fee is non refundable and will be collected through Cash App or Venmo only.

Please remember that this is a boondocking event only. This means there will be no water, sewer, or electricity available at the farm. You must be 100% contained for the duration of the event.

You are allowed to run a generator, but please be mindful of your neighbors, as we will be parked closely together. We ask that you use a quiet generator to minimize noise and ensure everyone can enjoy their time without disturbances, especially at night.
